Trivandi acquires Beyond the Pitch

Trivandi has acquired Beyond the Pitch, adding a specialist elite sport advisory business to its international consultancy platform. The acquisition broadens Trivandi’s offer across strategy, investment, design and delivery, while Beyond the Pitch brings experience in club leadership, stadium development, financing, investment and commercial growth.

Beyond the Pitch was founded by the former senior executives who led the planning, financing and construction of Everton’s £800 million Hill Dickinson Stadium. The combined team is already supporting strategic infrastructure projects, business planning within professional cricket, executive recruitment, board-level work with Salford RLFC, and sale-and-acquisition support across football. At the same time, a sixth global office is being opened in Liverpool.

The transaction adds client-side stadium development and senior club-side advisory experience to a business that already works across major events, venues and strategic sports projects. The enlarged platform now covers infrastructure planning, ownership support, executive search and elite sport advisory across a broader range of mandates.
