Unique Sports Group has made a strategic investment in French agency One Team Football, with the two businesses joining forces to launch Unique France. The move extends Unique’s footprint across the UK, Germany, Spain, South Korea, Ivory Coast, the UAE and now France, while adding another major talent market to its international football platform.
The deal combines Unique’s existing Premier League-facing network with One Team Football’s long-standing position inside the French market. One Team was founded in 1996 by Michael Manuello and Pascal Floch, and has represented players from first professional contracts through to elite international level. The new structure gives Unique a direct operating base in France through an established domestic agency rather than a start-from-scratch expansion, while keeping One Team’s local relationships and player development model intact.
The two businesses had already been working together before the launch. Jérémy Jacquet officially became a Liverpool player on 1 July in a transaction involving both agencies, while Anthony Gordon’s move to Barcelona in May was also cited among the biggest fee-driven transfers completed across the wider platform so far this summer. The group’s current roster also includes Marc Guéhi, Dean Henderson and Maxence Lacroix, while Unique says it had 23 clients at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
That gives the France launch more depth than a simple geographic expansion. It adds one of Europe’s most productive player markets to a platform that is already operating across multiple key territories, while linking a domestic French agency with a broader international business built around elite player representation, contract negotiation and cross-border transfer execution.
