WHOOP has signed a three-year agreement to become the Official Health and Performance Wearable Partner of Premier Padel, the Qatar Sports Investments-founded tour that has established itself as the sport's flagship global property.

Under the deal, WHOOP will provide its wearable technology and membership to players across the Qatar Airways Premier Padel Tour, delivering round-the-clock monitoring of sleep, strain and recovery. The partnership also extends to the FIP Academy, the International Padel Federation's coaching and performance education platform, and includes direct sponsorship of select players and coaches competing on tour. Names are expected to be confirmed in the coming weeks.

The Gulf dimension is baked into the structure. Premier Padel's Qatari ownership through QSI and its title sponsorship from Qatar Airways position the tour as one of the Middle East's most significant sporting exports. Padel participation across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC has grown rapidly in recent years, and the 2026 tour schedule - 25 events across 17 countries, broadcasting in more than 244 territories - gives the sport genuine global reach underpinned by Middle Eastern capital and infrastructure.

For WHOOP, which has raised over US$400m in venture capital and ships to 56 countries, the partnership is a calculated entry into a sport whose participation demographics align closely with its core user base. For Premier Padel, it adds a credible performance technology layer as the tour continues to scale and support padel's Olympic pathway through the FIP.
