Chelsea’s DAMAC Partnership Puts Dubai Property Developer Front-of- Shirt for Remainder of 2024/25 Season

Chelsea Football Club has announced a new partnership with Dubai-based luxury real estate developer DAMAC Properties. As part of this agreement, DAMAC's branding will appear on the front of Chelsea's men's and women's team shirts for the remaining matches of the 2024/25 season. The debut of the DAMAC logo is set for Chelsea's UEFA Europa Conference League semi-final against Djurgården on May 1.


This collaboration marks the end of a season-long period during which Chelsea played without a primary shirt sponsor. The previous deal with Infinite Athlete concluded in May 2024, leaving the club's kits sponsorless until this new arrangement.


Beyond the shirt sponsorship, the partnership designates DAMAC as Chelsea's official property development partner. A significant component of this alliance is the launch of "Chelsea Residences by DAMAC," a football-themed luxury real estate project in Dubai. This development aims to integrate Chelsea FC's brand into its design and amenities, reflecting the club's identity and commitment to excellence.


Jason Gannon, Chelsea's President and Chief Operating Officer, commented on the partnership: "DAMAC is world-renowned in building luxury properties, and we are thrilled to be working with the industry leader to bring to market a first-of-its-kind branded Chelsea FC residence in Dubai. The collaboration will support our continued growth on the global stage."


It's important to note that this shirt sponsorship is limited to the concluding fixtures of the current season. Chelsea is actively seeking a new front-of-shirt sponsor for the upcoming Club World Cup and the 2025/26 season.


This partnership with DAMAC not only provides immediate sponsorship for Chelsea's kits but also signifies a strategic move to enhance the club's global presence, particularly in the Middle East. The introduction of Chelsea-branded residences in Dubai exemplifies the club's innovative approach to expanding its brand beyond traditional football avenues.
