DAZN Expands U.S. Footprint as YES and MSG Networks Join the Platform

DAZN has strengthened its position in the U.S. sports streaming market after announcing that content from YES Network and MSG Networks will now be distributed through its platform, replacing the Gotham Sports App for subscribers. The agreement expands DAZN's presence in one of the world's largest sports media markets and reinforces its ambition to become a global destination for premium live sport.

The partnership brings together some of New York's biggest sports properties, including MLB's New York Yankees, the NBA's New York Knicks and Brooklyn Nets, and the NHL's New York Rangers, New York Islanders and New Jersey Devils. Subscribers will now be able to access regional live broadcasts through DAZN as the Gotham Sports App is phased out.

The agreement marks another significant step in DAZN's expansion strategy beyond boxing and football. Reports also indicate the company is in discussions with additional NBA franchises, highlighting its ambition to strengthen its North American offering through regional sports rights and digital distribution.

By adding two of the most recognisable regional sports networks in the United States, DAZN continues to broaden its content portfolio and strengthen its position within the global sports broadcasting landscape.
