Deltatre and Endeavor Streaming Seal OTT Super Merger

Deltatre has announced the acquisition of Endeavor Streaming in a move that will combine the strengths of the two leading sports technology businesses to create a new industry force. The acquisition will combine Deltatre's advanced front-end solutions with Endeavor Streaming's robust back-end infrastructure, creating one of the first truly end-to-end over-the-top (OTT) service providers in global sports and media.

The deal is expected to close in the third quarter of 2025. It will combine two complementary portfolios under the Deltatre brand, extending its reach into key markets in North America,

Europe and Asia. Endeavor Streaming’s flagship platform, Vesper, will be integrated into Deltatre’s existing ecosystem, which already includes products like D3 VOLT, FORGE, AXIS and the interactive DIVA player. This integration is anticipated to enhance operational efficiency and streamline delivery for clients seeking seamless broadcasting and digital streaming solutions.

The new entity will serve a client base that includes some of the biggest names in global sports, such as the NFL, UFC, NBA, UEFA, World Rugby and LIV Golf. Entertainment clients, such as BritBox, Sky and Bell Media, will also benefit from improved service integration.

This strategic acquisition reflects a broader trend of consolidation in the streaming industry, where rights holders are increasingly seeking turnkey solutions that minimise their dependence on multiple vendors. As technology infrastructure costs rise and expectations for high-quality streaming grow, Deltatre's move demonstrates a commitment to providing a one-stop solution that can support everything from live streaming and paywalls to personalisation and analytics.

For Deltatre, this acquisition also represents significant geographical expansion. Endeavor Streaming's established presence in the US and Asia will help balance Deltatre’s historically European focus, positioning the combined group as a genuinely global OTT partner.

Additionally, this move comes as Endeavor Group shifts its strategy following Silver Lake’s buyout, streamlining its portfolio to prioritise content and representation. By divesting its tech division, Endeavor allows Deltatre to take full ownership of a proven platform that aligns perfectly with its long-term product roadmap.
