Giants bring AI voice into Oracle Park

The San Francisco Giants have signed a multi-year partnership with ElevenLabs to bring AI voice and audio technology into Oracle Park. As part of the deal, ElevenLabs becomes presenting sponsor of the Champions Suite, while the two sides explore applications including multilingual translation of scoreboard and audio content, accessibility tools for visually and hearing-impaired fans, and broader voice-based experiences across the venue. The partnership is also being framed around serving a more diverse and international fan base, with live translation and more accessible information delivery among the clearest matchday use cases.

Translation, accessibility and audio support are not abstract use cases; they sit directly inside the fan journey and solve visible problems inside a live venue. That makes the partnership more commercially interesting than a typical AI announcement, particularly for teams and operators looking at how technology can improve service, widen access and better support diverse audiences. Oracle Park now becomes a practical test case for how AI voice tools might start to shape the matchday experience in a measurable way.
